Baked Lemon Butter White Fish
Fish baked in lemon and butter with garlic and dill. Easy, tasty and very flavorful. Use any type of fish (cod, tilapia, hallibut, flounder...)

Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely grated)
  • 1 teaspoon dill (I used dry)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a small bowl, combine grated butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill and salt.

3. Place fish fillets in a single layer in a medium baking dish. Pour the marinade on the fish.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the fish easily flakes with a fork.
