Easy and Delicious Pork Ribs
An easy and delicious way to prepare pork spare ribs. Salt, pepper, vinegar, water and onions are all you need for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork ribs (I used center cut pork spare ribs)
  • 2 onions (medium)
  • 5 tablespoons vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

1. Wash the ribs, drain with paper towel and cut between the bones.

2. Place the ribs in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add vinegar and water, mix well.
3. Slice the onions. Add the onions to the marinade. Coat the ribs well with the marinade and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, or refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
5. Arrange the ribs in a baking dish.

6. Bake for about 1 hour or to the desired degree of doneness. Serve hot or cold. Good with boiled potatoes.

I followed the recipe exactly, my ribs came out a bit dry, though my husband liked them a lot. Will probably cover with foil next time.
