1. Wash ribs, pat dry with paper towels.
2. Rub with paprika, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
3. In a medium bowl, mix together mayo, grated onion and garlic powder. Coat ribs with this mayo mixture and marinate at room temperature for 1/2 hour.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
5. Wrap the whole rack of ribs in foil, place it on a large baking sheet and bake for 2 hours.
6. Remove from the oven and top with your favorite barbecue sauce.
7. Bake covered with foil for 15 minutes, then remove it and bake for another 15 minutes. Enjoy!
