This is a great and easy recipe for healthy paleo burger buns. They'll take any paleo burger to a whole new level. You can also use these for sandwiches / sliders.
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients: almond flour, arrowroot starch, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, oil and water, mix until smooth.
3. Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet about 2” apart to make 8 hamburger bun halves. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds if desired.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until set and light golden brown. Let cool to almost room temperature, use two pieces when making your burger or sandwich (one for top, second for bottom).
