2. Pour the olive oil over the asparagus spears and sprinkle them with salt.
3. Crush the garlic clove on top of the asparagus. Toss to coat asparagus with oil and garlic.
4. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes, then turn asparagus and make for another 5 minutes, or until it's tender.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
