Pork Schnitzel is a traditional Austrian dish and is a popular part of Viennese and Austrian cuisine. Originally made of veal, it is now very often made of pork.
1. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg with a fork.
2. Heat avocado oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Coat the meat in flour, patting lightly by hand.
4. Using a fork to hold the meat, dip each chop into the egg mixture. 5. Fry the chops on one side for 2 minutes before turning them over and frying for a further 2 minutes. Repeat until they are golden brown and cooked through.
