This strawberry banana yogurt smoothie is good for all the family. It's delicious, filling and will definitely boost your energy. A great way to treat yourself.
Ingredients
12 strawberries (washed)
1 banana (peeled)
4 ounces strawberry yogurt
1 1/4 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
ice (I used 7 cubes)
Yield: 4 Servings | Prep time: 5 minutes |
Cook Mode - Prevent screen from going dark
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender (starting with milk).
2. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy.
