These sweet and garlic chicken wings can be a mouth-watering appetizer or a main dish. Mixture of soy sauce, honey and garlic makes them look and taste so yummy!
Ingredients
12 chicken wings
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/3 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon avocado oil (to grease the baking dish)
1. Wash chicken wings, drain with paper towel and place in a large bowl.
2. Sprinkle the wings with salt and chili (do not oversalt, because soy sauce is salty). Combine soy sauce, honey and garlic. Coat the wings well in the mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
4. Place the chicken wings in a baking dish (previously greased with avocado oil).
5. Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 50 min, or until the skin is golden brown and the wings are cooked through.
