  • 4 hake fillets (or cod / haddock)
  • 1/4 cup tapioca starch
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely grated)
  • 1 tablespoon dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • salt
  • pepper

1. In a small bowl, combine finely grated garlic, ghee, chopped dill and lemon juice.

2. Rinse fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Dredge fish in tapioca starch, shaking off excess.

3. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season fish fillets with salt and pepper, cook for about 3-5 minutes per side, until nicely golden brown.

4. Add the ghee mixture to the middle of the skillet, let it melt for a minute, spoon the melted ghee mixture over the fish. Serve.
