Tuna Steaks marinated in the mixture of soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, ginger, oregano, parsley and garlic, then pan seared for 2 minutes on each side. Very easy and tasty!
1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, oregano, parsley and garlic. Stir well.
2. Place tuna in a plastic bag. Add the marinade, close tightly (removing excess air), and toss the bag around to coat tuna completely with the marinade.
3. Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours, turning periodically. 4. Remove from the fridge and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. 5. Coat the sides of the steaks with black pepper.
6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna for 2 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.

One teaspoon is for the pan, to fry. The rest is in the marinade.
