Easy Chocolate Tiramisu Overnight Oats (with Yogurt)

This creamy tiramisu overnight oats recipe offers the perfect blend of rich chocolate and delicious coffee flavor, making it an indulgent yet healthy treat.

Ideal for busy mornings, these cold oats are quick to prepare and great for meal prep. Simply mix the ingredients the night before, and enjoy an easy breakfast with minimal effort the next morning.

It’s a fun way to enjoy the classic overnight oats with a twist, giving you a delicious start to your day with the flavors of a classic Italian dessert!

Notes

You can use your milk of choice - I usually go for non-dairy milk options like almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk for a creamy texture.

I distributed the oat mixture between 4 small glasses for smaller servings, but feel free to divide it into two for a complete breakfast. You can also use small bowls or mason jars for serving these tiramisu oats!

Instructions

1. Prepare the oats mixture: In a bowl, combine old-fashioned oats, unsweetened almond milk, Greek yogurt, unsweetened cocoa powder, espresso shot, pure maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir the ingredients well until fully combined.

2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to absorb the flavors and soften.
3. The next day, take glass jars and add a spoonful of vanilla yogurt to the bottom of each. Distribute the overnight oats mixture evenly among the jars, then top with another layer of vanilla yogurt. Finish by adding a dusting of cocoa powder on top of the oats for that perfect tiramisu-inspired finish.
