Easy and yummy pork tenderloin. Braiding the meat is easy and you get an impressive presentation. You may also use some more spices like garlic, paprika or oregano, according to your taste.
1. Cut tenderloin in half lengthwise; cut each half into three strips to within 1-inch of one end.
2. Place tenderloin halves on a clean cutting board between 2 pieces of plastic wrap, pound lightly with a mallet, and then braid. Secure loose ends with toothpicks.
3. Put some of the onion slices on top of the braids. Season with salt and pepper on all sides.
4. Place the meat in a deep bowl, squeeze lemon juice on top and cover with the rest of the onion. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
5. In a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Sear each side of the pork braids until nicely browned, about 3 minutes each.
6. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for another 10 minutes. Remove the toothpicks and serve.

I was skeptical about the braided pork tenderloin recipe at first, but it turned out to be one of the best pork dishes I've ever had. I added some coriander and Italian seasoning. The flavors were amazing and the presentation was top notch. I'll definitely be making this again.
I made the braided pork tenderloin for a dinner party and it was a hit! The braiding technique kept the pork juicy and flavorful, and it looked so impressive on the plate. Definitely adding this recipe to my regular rotation.
Loved the creative presentation. I seasoned with added smoked paprika, salt and pepper and then pan seared and finished in the oven to a temp of 145 deg F. So tender you could cut it with a fork!
That’s an amazing presentation for pork tenderloin. The recipe is super simple, but tastes great. Next time I’ll probably sear it on the stovetop and finish it off in the oven.
