Juicy, flavorful pork chops are what you will get with this easy, 4 ingredient recipe. Onion, mayonnaise and cheese make a delicious topping for baked pork chops.
Ingredients
4 pork chops (boneless, 1/4 inch thick)
1 onion (medium)
1/2 cup cheese (grated, I used Mozzarella)
8 teaspoons avocado oil mayonnaise (I prefer avocado mayo)
1. Wash the pork chops and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and ground black pepper.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 3. Slice the onion and put the slices on top of the meat.
4. Spoon about 2 teaspoons mayonnaise over the chops (I used a ziploc bag to spread mayo).
5. Top each chop with 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

I made these tonight (only way my daughter will eat them) I noticed that on yours you put the mayo on top of the onions, I put mayo on both sides and then put the onions on one side then the cheese, it seems to make the chops so much moister. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
I'm glad to hear that you and your daughter enjoyed the recipe! Yes, you can definitely adjust the order of the ingredients based on personal preference. Putting the mayo on both sides before adding the onions and cheese sounds like a great idea to add extra moisture to the pork chops. Thanks for trying out the recipe and sharing your feedback! - Alena
